about us

Mission

It is our simple ambition to develop a business which is synonymous with city living in Leeds and to engage our clients in such a way that they will not only stay with us over the long term but will also recommend us along the way.

With a unique approach to selling and renting and a philosophy based on energy, knowledge and passion, we are definitely not your typical estate agent.
Call us, let us know what you are looking for and find out why.

Charities we support

St Georges Crypt

Jonathan Morgan is a member of the advisory board to the Next Step project. This project provides a much-needed residential rehabilitation facility for drug dependent individuals in Leeds and Morgans supports the charity at every opportunity.

Emmaus

Morgans was an early supporter of the Emmaus project, which gives homeless men and women ‘a bed to sleep in and a reason to get out of it’. Based on a commercial model that encourages self-sufficiency, the community is now up and running in Leeds with around 20 companions. Most use the community as a stepping-stone back into mainstream life and we are proud to remain committed corporate companions.

Variety Club

Morgans and Variety Club were the originators of the Resi Props Party Night, the fourth of which was held in January 2007. The evening raised over £70,000 for the Variety Club, which supports sick and disadvantaged children in Yorkshire. Morgans have also supported the Property Awards event at Rudding Park and they and their generous guests over the years have funded two Variety Club Sunshine Coaches.
