After investing over £500,000 in our new North Leeds office we are already reaping the benefits just a few weeks since the doors opened.

Not only have we won a significant amount of new business and support from the local community, but we have also created new jobs in the office.

Our substantial investment in the 1,200 sq ft office opposite Headingley’s Arndale Centre has seen us completely overhaul 75 Otley Road to create a stunning building that has been welcomed by both the community and our clients.

Having operated in Headingley for 13 years in rented offices, we are delighted to be trading from such a prime location that has given us prominence and added vitality to the street-scene. The increase in business has resulted from a number of landlords using our services for the first time and our location has meant that we have seen a two-fold increase in the number of tenants coming into the office looking for property to rent.

What next for city living in Leeds?

When investors were climbing over each other to reserve as yet un-built apartments in Leeds City Centre, it seemed inconceivable that the boom would ever end. According to the City Living Report of 2007, the pipeline of new apartments was almost 10,000, which would have doubled the total stock levels- the 2010 report concluded that just 500 new apartments would be completed by 2015 and this may yet prove to be an ambitious prediction.
