St. George's Crypt

We are proud supporters of 'The Crypt' which provides emergency and structured support for those who are struggling to support themselves.

St George’s Crypt is a Charity based underneath the thriving church of St George's, Leeds. It has been providing care and support for homeless, vulnerable and disadvantaged people since 1930. Don Robins first opened the doors of the Crypt to alleviate the considerable distress of many who found themselves with next to nothing as a result of the Great Depression.

Willow Young Carers

Willow is a support service for young carers aged 5-18 years old living in Leeds. We support children and young people who are caring for, or affected by, a family member with a serious physical illness, disability or mental health issue.

We have hosted a number of Christmas parties for around 15 young carers and it has been a privilege to spend a little time with some remarkable young people.

Leeds Community Foundation - as far as we are concerned, this is the most connected charity in Leeds. It is strategic, dynamic and engaged and offers literally hundreds of community groups and exceptional individuals the support and finance they need to make genuine change happen in our most disadvantaged communities.

Jonathan Morgan is the founder of the 100 Club. The club aims to 'sign' up 100 individuals, companies or families, each of whom will give £1000 a year, in order to ensure that the core running costs of the Foundation are underpinned and that LCF can go on doing it's essential work.
