Probably the first house builder scheme in Leeds, developed by Barratts in 1987-8, comprising Chippendale House, Dock House, Flyboat House and Flax House. Still one of the nicest environments, being around a courtyard with water fountain. All 121 apartments have an off street parking space and some have a garage. A really quiet haven in the city.
