Land Securities, the developers of Leeds' latest shopping experience, intend to re-start construction this year with a view to opening the centre in 2012 after making good progress with new lettings. Land Securities are a major investor in Leeds as owners of White Rose and Leeds Shopping Plaza and once Trinity is completed, they will have around £1bn invested in city.
