Saturday Receptionist

Personal Assistant
This is a new role supporting the Managing Director. As well as the usual tasks such as diary management, admin support and record keeping you will be expected to deal proactively with issues and tasks as well as liaising with key clients and contacts and attending meetings. You will need to be highly competent and self motivated in order to move forward internal projects with minimal direction. It goes without saying that an exceptionally high level of professionalism, service and energy levels along with immaculate presentation are all essential and you will obviously need to be highly skilled in Microsoft office and outlook.
Customer Services Co-ordinator - ongoing recruitment
Our customer services team provides support to the busy city rentals team and is responsible for processing all new tenancy applications as well as managing requests from existing tenants to extend their stay. This is a fast paced role where administrative accuracy and efficiency are key but also where an ability to interact with a wide range of clients at all levels will be critical.
Good keyboard skills and a working knowledge of the word/excel/outlook will be essential.
Rentals Negotiator - ongoing recruitment
You must be motivated to provide a very high level of service to a broad range of clients. You must have excellent written, face to face and telephone communication skills and be able to demonstrate self motivation and discipline. This is a physically demanding job that requires resilience and determination. You will be targeted as an individual and as a member of the rentals team, so a level of confidence and self belief is essential. Your ability to create client rapport very quickly will be critical to your success as will your determination to succeed in a dynamic property environment.
