New Business Co-ordinator - 12 months maternity cover contract

You will be responsible for managing all new enquiries including monitoring leads, effectively qualifying callers, and booking appointments and relevant properties for people to view. A large part of the role involves communicating with prospective tenants, landlords and colleagues. You must therefore have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be confident and assertive. This is an extremely fast paced role within the city centre rentals team and to succeed you will need to be highly organised, have high energy levels, great attention to detail, good recall and a strong service ethic.

Housekeeper

We are building our housekeeping team to provide cleaning and minor maintenance services to the portfolio of apartments we manage. Applicants must have cleaning experience, good presentation, a clean, current driving license, high standards and good references. Interviews will include a test clean.
