Customer Service Co-ordinator

Morgans Cityliving requires an experienced administrator to work within our customer services team. The role involves a variety of administration work, principally on Word, Excel, Outlook and our bespoke software package, for which there will be training. You will therefore need to have great data entry and typing skills and recognise the importance of being 100% accurate. Liaising with a wide variety of people, from tenants to landlords, surveyors to solicitors, you will be a confident communicator and enjoy delivering fantastic customer service. You will be working within a small team so must be self motivated, flexible and enjoy working in a pressurised and target driven environment.
