In a competitive market, where do you begin your search for a new apartment to rent?
We don’t believe in exhaustive searches of web databases which will inevitably throw up lists of apartments which are no longer available- send us an email, phone us or call in at our award winning offices at 1 Dock Street on Leeds Bridge and find out why we’re not your typical estate agent.
Firstly, we will take the time to understand exactly what sort of apartment you are looking for- how many bedrooms do you need, do you need parking, which area of the city do you want to be in, do you want an outside space?
Only once we have answered all of these questions will we set out with you to look at some apartments- we make no excuses for the fact that we are the only city centre agent that traverse the city either on foot or on the free city bus- we believe that this is the best way to see the city and for us to familiarise those of you who are new to Leeds.
As we go, we will ask you for your honest feedback about what you see in order that we can refine our search- we are confident that we will be able to find you something to suit- the apartments we manage are typically of high quality and furnished to a good standard by professionals.
Once we have clicked and found you a suitable apartment, it’s all down to the paperwork- the process will be explained to you at the outset and we will agree a move in date between us. We employ dedicated staff to ensure that your tenancy application is processed efficiently and aim to use email wherever possible to ensure that this is the case.
On the day you move in, we won’t simply hand you the keys and expect you to find your own way around- we will book a check-in with our tenancy coordinator who will ensure the keys function, check around the apartment with you and take meter readings.
