That's why, if you're buying, we invest real time in understanding what makes you tick. We won't deluge you with meaningless property details that miss your brief by a million miles. Nor will we include you on mailing lists that serve little purpose other than to keep the postie occupied.

Instead we'll talk to you openly about the Leeds city living market. We'll apply the knowledge we have gained over the last 10 years and build up a picture of the developments that are most likely to suit you.

Once we have established that, we will arrange a first appointment to view, during which we'll try to confirm your preferences. Viewings are generally held when the vendors are at work. This enables us to chat honestly about your reactions to different apartments.

Essentially, we'll help you through the process of finding and buying the right property for you. And in the meantime, if your ideal home pops up with another agent, we'll stay friends and hope that you'll come back to us when it's time to move on again.
