You look after a property of mine and have done so for a few years. Having read your latest newsletter requesting feedback for your new website I thought I would take the opportunity to let you know how pleased I have been with Janine Lambert's help over the last few months. When everything is going smoothly with a property there is not much communication needed between landlord and letting agent but a true measure of how good your letting agent is is when things require a bit more input,advice and commnunication between the two and Janine has proved to be a star in this department! Having had issues since last summer with old tenants leaving the property in a mess and refusing to pay the correct amount to rectify the problems (Faye dealt excellently with this) to the new tenants having issues and going directly to Leeds City Council to complain, it's been an eventful few months but Janine has kept me up to date with everything that has been going on and handled the situation in a calm, friendly and efficient matter and I would like you to thank her on my behalf. I'm sure that there will be more issues over the years but I feel confident that with the quality of staff that you have,all problems will be overcome!

My house had been up for sale for 12 months before I decided I would let it out. Once I made this decision Morgans was my first choice of letting agency. I have experienced their service from the perspective of a tenant when I first moved to Leeds and have recommended them to lots of people moving to the Headingley area.
